2013 Quinnipiac University Commencement Address

"Here now is my lesson plan for reaching your full potential and living a happier, more satisfying life… My personal guidelines for growth. You will make mistakes along the way - we all do - but ultimately your biggest test will be in how you respond to them. When you stumble, always try to do the next right thing.”

On May 12, 2013 Denise delivered the Graduate Commencement Address at Quinnipiac University and was awarded an honorary doctorate of Humane Letters. It was one of her greatest honors.

Listen as she encourages those in attendance to, “Be open. Be brave. Be kind.”
