2024 Walk to Fight Rare Diseases a Success!

The 2024 Denise D’Ascenzo Walk to Fight Rare Diseases held in April raised over $56,000! With presenting sponsor Goff Law Group and other partner agencies, the event welcomed 240 walkers. Our partners included the Davis Phinney Foundation, ALS of Connecticut, Hope in Focus, Project Purple, and Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS). These partners received over $11,000 from their participation in the walk and will be used to continue their efforts to support those who struggle with rare diseases. The additional funds raised, after expenses, will be used to support the Connecticut Chapter of the National Organization for Rare Diseases, as well as other organizations supporting those with rare diseases throughout the state.
